Creamy Caesar or zesty ranch dressings taste great but often have a lot of sodium. If you're trying to eat healthy or watch your sodium intake, this can be a problem. Luckily, there are many low sodium salad dressings that adds lots of flavor without too much salt. 

Here are 5 of the healthiest low sodium salad dressings. 

Newman’s Own Sesame Ginger Dressing

Looking for some Asian inspired flavor? Look no further. Newman's Own Sesame Ginger Dressing is a low-fat option is much healthier than typical sesame ginger dressings.
