Step 2: A doctor will call you, in 7 minutes on average. Visits occur via phone or video.

Step 3: The doctor will listen to your symptoms, diagnose your issue and provide a treatment plan. (In the rare case your issue can’t be treated virtually, we’ll provide next steps.)

Step 4: If your doctor writes you a prescription², it will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
